Whether you’re planning an intimate private screening, birthday party, or a PowerPoint presentation for your staff, Metro Cinemas is the perfect venue for a memorable event.
Many popular favorites, classics, and select new releases can be arranged for viewing, or choose a midsize auditorium to connect an HDMI device such as a laptop or gaming system.
Our private screenings are priced for a feature-length block of time, and come bundled with a credit for your group to spend at the concessions stand. Doors open 20 minutes before showtime, and we can typically accommodate another 20-30 minutes of time to socialize in the auditorium after your screening.
If you're planning a public-facing event, please inquire at our sister cinema, the Art House, which is available for all types of screenings and community events on an hourly basis.

Please note that private rentals are typically only available during off-peak hours.

Unfortunately, during the busy summer and holiday seasons we have very limited
ability to accommodate primetime and weekend matinee rentals.

SAMPLE PRICING:
SMALL AUDITORIUM:
Group of up to 5 = $120 including a $60 concessions credit
Group of up to 12 = $240 including a $120 concessions credit
MIDSIZE AUDITORIUM:
Off-peak hours: Group of up to 25= $375 including a $185 concessions credit
Peak hours: Group of up to 25 = $500 including a $250 concessions credit
LARGE AUDITORIUM:
Off-peak hours: Group of up to 80 = $850 including a $425 concessions credit
Peak Hours: Group of up to 80 = $1250 including a $625 concessions credit
Cancellations can be made for a full refund up until 10 days before your event, less a 5% fee to cover credit card processing fees.
Exchanges can be made (via email request) without penalty up until 10 days before your event.
After that, the base rental is not refundable but you can still take the concessions credit as a gift card, which can be applied towards a future rental, tickets or concessions.

RESERVE YOUR PRIVATE SCREENING NOW! - STEP 1: Enter your name, email and movie selection, then press "submit"
- STEP 2: After pressing submit, you may use the booking tool in Step 2 to find and select your preferred date and time. You may filter by date or by auditorium size. (you may browse through the available dates and times first if you want the check availability before completing Step 1, but please go back and submit the form or your reservation may be subject to cancellation).
- STEP 3: Complete the purchase.
- STEP 4: You'll receive an automated confirmation email immediately, and a manager will reach out within 48 hours to confirm your movie selection and any other details.
If your preferred movie selection is unavailable for booking you may opt for a full refund.
