ACCESSIBLE SEATING

The Metro offer accessible seating in all of our auditoriums. Due to the small size of some of our auditoriums space is limited, so advance tickets or early arrival is encouraged.

Upon request at the box office, a complimentary pass can be made available for on-duty direct support professionals, with identification. Please note that this courtesy may not be available for the occasional new release marked "no passes or discounts".

OPEN CAPTIONS EVERY WEDNESDAY

Every Wednesday, all movie showings are presented with Open Captions, in an effort to make our presentations more accessible and welcoming to a wider range of moviegoers. Unlike Closed Captions (which are viewable only on a user’s individual device), Open Captions are a text display of the words and sounds in a movie, made visible on the screen for everyone to see. Please note that this option may not be available for the occasional small independent release, or for subtitled foreign films. You'll find these shows marked accordingly in the film's showtime listings on our website.

CLOSED CAPTIONS AND ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES

CaptiView Closed Caption devices and Fidelio Assistive Listening devices are available at the box office for select titles and showings, where the technology is available for the screening format delivered to us. Titles and showings with this option are marked on our website case by case in the film's showtime listings.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Trained service animals are allowed throughout our facility while leashed or otherwise under control of their owner. Companion and emotional support animals are not generally not permitted on the premises.

NEARBY ACCESSIBLE PARKING OPTIONS

There is on-street ADA parking available on Willamette Street just out side of our entrance. Additionally, persons with a valid ADA parking sticker, plate or tag, may park in any 2-hour metered space free of charge, per city ordinance. This exemption does not apply to 30-minute meters.
